MEET OUR TEAM
Chef Tommy D’Ambrosio is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and has over a decade of fine dining experience. He was also crowned Chopped Champion on The Food Network in January of 2019 on the episode Tacos & Tequila! Being born and raised in Arizona, Chef Tommy was happy to come back to his hometown and start, own, and operate one of the fastest growing food truck experiences in Arizona. Chef Tommy has also lead Aioli brand into the winners’ circle of state & national competitions such as Arizona’s Burger Battle, Phoenix Devoured, and Scottsdale Culinary Classic Events. Aioli Gourmet Burgers and Catering started with a food truck and something delicious to deliver; it has now grown into multiple food trucks, fully catered experiences, and a new restaurant located at 32nd Street & Shea in Paradise Valley!
Director of Sales
Kyle is a founding member and Director of Sales for Aioli Gourmet Burgers. Growing up with the other two partners in the Shadow Mountain area was a big reason Kyle wanted to have the first Aioli Burgers location near the school. He will help work with you on any food truck or catering bookings, and you will see him around the restaurant as he works out of there. Kyle wants to always make sure you have the best experience when dining with us and/or having us cater your special event.
Paola is the Administrative Assistant for Aioli Gourmet Burgers. Her position encompasses everything from human resources to customer service. She personally makes sure that each client’s expectations have been met with each event. She is a native New Yorker who has recently moved to Arizona to live near her daughter and son-in-law.
Kris always wanted to work with food, his dad taught me cooking basics as a young kid, and as soon as he could work he started getting into kitchens for Culinary arts experience. He went through SCC's Culinary program after high-school. His latest positions before joining our team was as a Pastry Chef for Palate New Orleans, a fine dining wedding caterer local to NOLA, and M Culinary as an in-home event chef around Phoenix. We are super happy to have Kris on board, his dishes have soul and his passion can be found in all of the dishes that he makes!
Sales & Marketing Manager
Brandon Johnson-Brandon Johnson grew up in the metro Phoenix area and has a deep passion and appreciation for the Valley of the Sun. Before coming to Aioli Burger, he spent much of his career in digital marketing and sales. From content creation, New York trade shows, to creating storyboards.
Branding, graphic art, and collaborating with local businesses has come hand in hand with his education in Media arts and his accomplished marketing and business development background.
Outside of work you can find him hiking every mountain, peak or canyon in this great state.
Sales and Lead Generation Manager
Matt Calamia is a Phoenix native, raised in a large Italian family and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree. Matt's passion is in education but he is taking a break from that to join the Aioli Team. He enjoys working out, hanging out with the family and is a former college athlete. He is also a huge fan of the Cubs and Packers. Matt is super excited to plan your next food truck event!
Social Media Marketing Manager
Tasso Annos grew up here in Phoenix, Arizona, and even graduated from Arizona State University. Tasso grew up with families who started their restaurants when they first moved out here to Arizona, so local cuisine has a special place in his heart. He is super excited to grow his skill level through social media marketing while helping this business further grow in the social media space. Outside of work, he loves cheering for every Arizona sports team, watching movies, and exploring the city for new and exciting things to do with his friends.
